Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

The Coordinator of Internal Communications will support employee-focused communications initiatives and serve as a key member of the Corporate Communications team, supporting day-to-day operations and long-term planning. The ideal candidate will be a creative, motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and winning attitude, appreciation for data, and a solutions-oriented approach to their work with strong writing, analytical and research skills.

JOB DUTIES

  • Responsible for supporting all internal communications channels including newsletters, intranet, digital screens and Slack.
  • Support leadership and employee events including town halls, leadership meetings, activations and other special programming
  • Writing and maintenance of internal communications documents including messaging, talking moments and other materials.
  • Monitor trends and apply insights to internal communications plans
  • Maintain strategic internal communications tracking documents
