Description

Involve Recruitment are looking for a proactive and highly organized Coordinator to oversee the smooth intake, processing, and dispatch of customer orders. This pivotal role ensures that each order is fulfilled quickly and accurately, helping us maintain excellent customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
As the key link between sales, warehouse, and logistics, you will monitor incoming orders in real time, prioritise urgent shipments, and coordinate with packing teams and the dispatch team to ensure all orders are dispatched on time.

KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Proven experience in an order fulfilment, logistics, or warehouse coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills a must.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high order volumes with accuracy.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in Excel.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

  • Experience working in a fast-paced consumer or e-commerce environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (a bonus).
