POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and highly organized Assistant to support the IT operations of our fast-paced Boston office. This individual will bring a “no task too small” mindset and take pride in both routine responsibilities and critical tasks that help the IT function run smoothly. As a key member of the team, this person will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a positive, can-do attitude, and a strong commitment to team success. In addition, they will act as the first point of contact for internal employees, representing the IT team with professionalism and approachability, guiding users to the appropriate resources and ensuring a responsive and helpful support experience.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, operates independently with minimal supervision, and responds quickly and effectively to changing needs. A service-oriented approach, flexibility, and a collaborative spirit are essential. This role interacts closely with internal teams and vendors — so professionalism and discretion are critical.
