Job Details Job Location: St Louis, MO 63114 Summary: The Coordinator IT Support will be the first contact for technical support to users. The Coordinator IT Support will provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will process orders, provide information, and work to resolve customer complaints and problems. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, excellent communications skills, high patience level and an analytical approach to technical support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for quick and effective assistance with information technology systems Guide customers remotely and in person through systems configuration, troubleshooting, security, and maintenance Document requests in our ticket system and track them through to resolution/escalation Participate in the team on-call rotation Maintain accuracy of documentation for the IT environment Coordinate with third party resources for repair and maintenance of IT systems Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT systems to corporate standards and licensing Manage user accounts within O365, MFA and other systems Continue Professional Development by keeping up to date on IT industry technology and standards All other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities: None Qualifications Education Requirements: High school diploma required Experience Requirements: Associate Degree or Technical Certification with 1-2 years experience or 3-4 years experience providing IT end user support without a degree. Competencies: Present for work when scheduled Safety is always a must Motivated with ability to work independently and as a team Strong communicator and customer service oriented Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Write clear and complete documentation of systems and procedures Maintain a high level of confidentiality Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A+ Certification preferred. Travel: Limited Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment as well as production and warehouse environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Worker exposed to office and warehouse environment involving varying degrees of noise and temperature on occasion.
