StandardAero is seeking for a Kit Process Coordinator.
The kitting process involves gathering and organizing all essential materials and components required for a specific task or project.

This encompasses:

  • Identifying the necessary items.
  • Bundling them together in a kit for convenient access and utilization.
  • Coordinating with various departments and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of component repairs, subcontracts, exchanges, and parts orders to meet designated kit dates for each engine.Maintaining and optimizing kitting procedures to ensure the efficient preparation and distribution of fully kitted units, thereby enhancing workflow efficiency and minimizing errors.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Thorough knowledge of planning and record management
  • Experience working or managing projects.
  • Experience in process improvementProficiency in MS Office Suite

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making, leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, oral and written communication skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in production planning and control.Experience in administration/records management and/or a technical role associated with technical documentation.
