Responsibilities

This newly created position of Coordinator Learning Governance will contribute to strengthening governance and compliance arrangements for CFA’s training and assessment services.
The Quality and Evaluation team plays a vital role in delivering CFA’s Quality Management System across Operational Doctrine and Training, ensuring compliance with RTO standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You will work closely with the Manager Quality and Evaluation to provide expert advice, ensure consistency and standardisation of RTO practices, and support a positive, streamlined training experience for CFA members. With a strong focus on accuracy and detail, this role offers the opportunity to shape processes and embed best practice from the ground up.
