As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations. Salary Range The full-time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 8 range $113,713 - $127,923 p.a. + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $133,044 - $149,670 per annum. Job Description Are you passionate about supporting researchers and Higher Degree Researcher (HDR) students in a dynamic academic environment? Griffith University Library is seeking a strategic and collaborative individual to lead and coordinate our Researcher Services team. This role leads the development and delivery of training and advisory services related to research literature, scholarly publishing, research data management and metrics. You’ll manage a team located across multiple campuses, foster partnerships across the University, and ensure the Library’s services evolve with the changing research landscape. About you You are a forward-thinking library professional with a deep understanding of academic research practices and scholarly communication. You bring leadership experience and a commitment to continuous improvement. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building relationships both internal and external to the Library, mentoring staff, and driving innovation in service delivery. Qualifications Qualification from a higher education institution in library and information science or other relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.
