Description

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: To provide administrative support across the Line Maintenance department and contribute towards providing sufficient visibility of operational performance, through the efficient and timely flow of information. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages the day-to-day office administrative duties.
  • Co-ordinates and distributes office and maintenance facility stationery, equipment and other fitments.
  • Co-ordinates and distributes maintenance staff uniforms and PPE (personal protective equipment).
  • Inputs all Line Maintenance staff rostering in the relevant systems including the compilation of staff availability reports for Line Managers.
  • Provides ongoing administrative support to ensure staff training is conducted in the most efficient manner including: gathering daily staff training requirements, inputting the required information on the relevant systems and booking the training facilities. .
  • Assists in the administrative requirements of all ongoing projects.
  • Assists engineering staff new joiners on all joining formalities in coordination with HR and provides ongoing support throughout their onboarding.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma
  • Fluent in English
  • 1 - 3 years
