This role is being offered as a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working 37 hours per week. Hybrid working is available for this role, working 2–3 days in our Exeter or Tolvaddon office.

Coordinator – Asset Management Delivery

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in housing, property services, or operational support to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring our internal processes run smoothly, enabling us to deliver exceptional service to our customers and communities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating Service Requests – Managing inbox queries, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting Key Programmes – Assisting with initiatives like the Fibre to the Home Programme and legal enquiries, helping to keep projects on track and well-documented.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records – Updating and managing data across multiple systems to ensure compliance, transparency, and efficiency.
  • Customer-Focused Support – Raising works orders, supporting complaint resolution, and contributing to service improvement initiatives that enhance the customer experience.
