Your responsibilities will include operational transport logistics at the Coswig location.

Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

- Organizing incoming and outgoing goods

- Planning, monitoring, and coordinating transport in cooperation with freight forwarders, customers, and suppliers

- Communicating with other departments, such as production, warehousing, planning, sales, quality, and purchasing

- Handling complaints regarding transport damage or delivery discrepancies

- Creating KPIs

- Contributing to the improvement of operational logistics processes and interfaces.

We expect you to have:

- Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding agent or other commercial training (relevant professional experience in logistics would be an advantage)

- Initial professional experience in sea freight (import and export) and land transport is desirable

- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)

- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken

- Goal-oriented work style, a high degree of independence, and excellent organizational skills

- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills

- Interest in new work processes and new areas of responsibility

- Enjoyment of working in an international and dynamic environment
