Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of activities, decisions, and progress. Prepare reports for stakeholders or leadership. Track KPIs or performance metrics. 4. Task Coordination Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress. Ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. Support team members with tools or information needed. 5. Problem Solving Identify issues or bottlenecks and propose solutions. Escalate problems when necessary. Help streamline processes for better efficiency. 6. Compliance & Standards Ensure all activities comply with company policies or industry regulations. Monitor adherence to standards and procedures. 7. Support Functions Assist in onboarding new team members. Help with procurement, logistics, or administrative tasks. Provide support during audits or reviews.
