We are looking for a Coordinator (m/f/d) for Research Management, Local Staff Unit, Network of University Medicine .

Your area of ​​responsibility

• Research management & network coordination: Support of site-specific project management in the university medicine network as well as coordination of activities and participants.
• Interface management: Perception of key interfaces between local stakeholders, the NUM coordination office and other scientific institutions
• Project & Process Management: Consulting on organizational and administrative requirements, support for project processes, and assistance in preparing relevant information.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Analysis, evaluation and monitoring of project developments as well as the creation of reports and status information.
• Cooperation & Network Development: Support in initiating new collaborations and expanding the research network
• Communication & Transfer: Participation in communication and transfer measures as well as support in the development of site-specific measures.

Your profile

• Studies & Qualifications: Completed academic university degree (Master's or university diploma) in business informatics, health management or a comparable field
• Research & Research Funding: Ideally, professional experience in the field of research and research funding.
• Academic work: Experience in academic writing and working, as well as an interest in interdisciplinary research and network structures.
• Project management: Organizational skills and the ability to structure complex information and coordinate various stakeholders.
• Communication & Didactics: Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with various scientific and administrative stakeholders.
