JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to supporting our utility application processes and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, be confident using digital platforms, and excel in managing deadlines and instructions. A key part of the role involves making utility applications via online portals and PDF forms, maintaining accurate data records, and supporting colleagues with administrative tasks.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Prior experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and confidence using online portals and digital tools.
  • Ability to enter data accurately and maintain high levels of attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.
  • Experience completing structured forms or applications (ideally in a utilities or construction context) is desirable but not essential.
