Basic Job Functions: Responsible for maintaining and updating CMMS documentation supporting the Maintenance department. This may include but is not limited to data entry, research, asset management, scheduling, and producing reports. Education/Experience: Data entry experience preferred. CMMS experience preferred. Associate degree preferred but not required. High School Diploma or equivalent with PC knowledge and skill required. Required Skills/Competencies: Excellent knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System software, preferably with IBM/MRO Maximo. Efficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SQL preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to conduct training for small groups. Ability to take direction, identify problems, and develop solutions in collaboration with others. Essential Responsibilities: Maintain spare parts data in the CMMS System. Process PM documentation. Schedule, print, and distribute CMMS work orders. Monitor work orders for timely closure and backlog. Monitor CMMS mobile usage. Assist with downtime planning process. Maintain asset records in the CMMS System. Document departmental procedures, and update as business processes change. Filing and record retention. Provide training on Maximo. Other job duties as required. Job description subject to change at any time. Data Steward for MDM Process Maintain Asset/Part associations within CMMS system. Maintain part picture library. Create and update Asset Records. Verify and tag assets. Reporting Relationships: This position will not have direct reports. Travel: 0% - 5% (On occasion/as needed for training, etc.) Estimated Salary Range: US Physical Requirements: Will sit, stand, or walk short distances for up to 12 hours per day. Will climb stairs on a frequent basis. Will lift up to 58 pounds on an occasional basis, according to work instruction. Will lift up to 37 pounds on a frequent basis. Will push or pull up to 27 pounds of force on an occasional basis. Will push or pull up to 10 pounds of force on a frequent basis. Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects repetitively on a frequent basis. 20/40 vision in each eye (with or without correction) and the ability to distinguish between red, yellow, and green is required. May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis. May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis. Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures. Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including, but not limited to; steel toed shoes, cut resistant gloves, jackets, aprons &/or arm guards, safety glasses, hearing protection).
