About the Position Golden State is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Coordinator to support brand marketing and event promotions for Chase Center and Thrive City. In this role, you will aid in the development and execution of brand campaigns plus Thrive City events, Chase Center concerts, and Thrive City retail and restaurants. This position reports to the Manager, Chase Center & Thrive City Marketing. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about this growing sports and entertainment organization that values your initiative and dedication! This is a full-time role based onsite in San Francisco, CA. Key Responsibilities Serve as a brand steward for Thrive City events and select Chase Center concerts by working cross-functionally to update campaign creative and provide quality assurance for creative assets Support marketing operations for Thrive City events, including campaign briefs, data entry, timeline management, invoice management, asset organization, poster archiving, and campaign tracking Collaborate with Marketing, Design and external vendors to procure signage, brand activations, and other creative orders to meet campaign/program objectives Support Manager and Sr. Director in the creation of marketing assets for department requests across the organization Deliver creative assets to be trafficked for final execution to Marketing channel owners including Social, CRM, Paid and Web/App teams Assist in the development of project timelines and communication for all Thrive City events Other duties as assigned Required Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration/marketing, advertising, or equivalent work experience Minimum 1 year within marketing or creative services, preferably within the music and/or larger entertainment industry Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications Excellent written and verbal communication with solutions-oriented disposition Ability to build positive relationships with clients and peers at all levels within the organization Ability to balance multiple projects and timelines at once in a fast-paced work environment Time Commitment Ability to maintain a flexible schedule as evenings and weekend work shifts may be required Compensation $26.00 - 27.00 per hour + Bonus Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision benefits for employees and dependents Employer 401K match Vacation, Summer Half-Day Fridays and a generous paid time off plan for pregnancy and parental leaves Warriors home tickets, team store discount and more!
