Mary MacKillop Childcare North Queensland provides high-quality provision of care to families across the Diocese of Townsville, which stretches from Ingham in the North, Proserpine in the South, Mount Isa in the West and Palm Island to the East. We have grown to include 6 Early Learning Centres, 9 Kindergartens and 14 Outside School Hours Care centres.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Working closely with the school community, St Mary’s Outside School Hours Care provides an engaging, interactive, and educational after school hours care service to extend each school day. We cater to the individual needs of each student, nurturing and developing lasting relationships with both the children and their families in Bowen.
St Mary’s OSHC is looking for a dedicated Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis for 25 hours per week. This position is ideal for someone eager to lead and manage the operation of our high-quality Outside School Hours Care services in Bowen.
You will play a key role in guiding the development of the service to meet local needs, all while upholding the Mission, Vision, and Values of MMCNQ. Our work hours extend from 2PM to 6PM, Monday to Friday with holidays off!
You will join a supportive environment and will have the opportunity to manage and mentor a team of Assistants while guiding the service development to meet local needs with the support from your Business Operations Consultant and other experts in their fields from Mary MacKillop Childcare NQ.
