You will be part of our Marketing team, where we work seamlessly together—regardless of geographical distance.

You will play an important role in supporting the Sales & Marketing team by driving the coordination and execution of systems, processes, and data management. This position ensures smooth day-to-day operations through structured system oversight and continuous process optimization. You will be focusing on strengthening the integration between key platforms - including PIM, Priceapp and CRM.

Your specific duties will include:

• Product Information Management (PIM) System – Acting as the go-to person and subject matter expert for the PIM system. Updating and maintaining product data in our PIM system, incl. coordinating with internal stakeholders and external data providers.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - Coordinating the CRM upgrade initiative, driving project timelines and stakeholder coordination.
• System administration and integration oversight
• Weekly Sales Meeting Coordination (PowerHour)
