  • Ordering programme materials and resources.
  • Attending programme activity working group meetings to understand logistical requirements.
  • Processing credit card receipts and updating budget trackers.
  • Working closely with Event Managers for ‘on the day’ project delivery logistics
Responsibilities

We are looking for a Coordinator to cover a period of maternity leave, until July 2026. In this role you will coordinate logistical support on activity across the Creative Learning and Engagement Department, supporting with the smooth and efficient planning, reporting and delivery of all activity.
This position is offered as a full time, 10 month fixed term contract, based in Stratford-upon-Avon.

To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have the following:

  • A strong interest in working with schools, teachers and communities in coordination and administration.
  • Experience of working in a school, theatre or other arts environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Literate with MS Officer packages.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to keep records updated.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative approach.

No offer of employment will be made until references have been checked.
You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although occasional weekend and evening work may be required. We are committed to a culture of flexible working, the role will provide the opportunity for some flexibility in the location, we expect the post holder to be in our Stratford office for at least 3 days per week.
