MHR: Central | Pietermaritzburg | South Africa Closing date: 05/10/2025 Number of positions: 1 Recruiter name: Jethro Sean Watlington Reference number: 63981 Workplace Type: On-site Permanent Please note if you are an internal employee on a fixed term contract please apply using an external candidate profile and not your employee profile MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To ensure the appropriate placement of competent MHR Nursing and Admin panel members KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Provide MHR placement services to clients Placement administration of panel members REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12 DESIRED EDUCATION: Diploma/ Certificate in Enrolled Nursing Assistant (ENA) REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: None DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in Private Healthcare Industry REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Nursing and Admin structures and scope of practices MS Office (e.g. Excel -v look up, pivot tables, filters etc. Word - letters) Good understanding of the relevant legislation (i.e. BCEA, LRA etc.) and the ability to apply this in the workplace All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
