QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/JOB REQUIREMENTS (ABOUT YOU):

  • 3+ years of related or equivalent experience.
  • Food service distribution experience an asset.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel) and other sales and/or industry specific programs.

Responsibilities

ROLE:

Responsible for assisting the National Sales Team by providing support with National Customer Onboarding, promo planning and reporting. Working very closely with internal departments, with an emphasis on Centre of Excellence, Merchandising and Operations.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitates national customer onboarding by coordinating a range of administrative and support activities.
  • Generates and manages various reports to support the National Sales Department’s operational needs.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service-related issues.
  • Develops and distributes reports and data insights to assist sales management in decision-making.
  • Supports the maintenance, tracking, and administration of contracts.
  • Partners with internal departments to coordinate promotional initiatives and limited time offers in alignment with national demand planning efforts.
  • Is willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their supervisor.
  • Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
