Roles & Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the smooth and efficient movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays by proactively addressing potential issues.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with a network of carriers, securing the most cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions.
• Monitor shipments in real-time, tracking their progress and proactively communicating updates to stakeholders, providing transparency and building trust.
• Resolve any transportation-related issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, by investigating the root cause and implementing corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field provides a strong foundation for success.
• Possession of relevant certifications, such as a Certified in Transportation and Logistics (CTL) or similar, demonstrates expertise.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in transportation or logistics, showcasing practical knowledge and industry insight, is highly preferred.
• Experience within the [Industry of Work Experience] industry is advantageous, allowing for immediate understanding of specific challenges.
