Work location/ Địa điểm làm việc: Kho hàng chi nhánh Daklak - 358 Quốc lộ 14, Thôn 3, Xã Cư Jút, Tỉnh Lâm Đồng Job Description/ Mô tả công việc: - Update the XBS and entry of process reports into system on a daily basis. Cập nhật các công việc phát sinh vào hệ thống XBS hàng ngày. - Ensure all reports (excel/system/physical) and documents related to payment and execution are up to date and available for verification at any given time. Đảm bảo tất cả các báo cáo (excel/ hệ thống/ thực tế) và các tài liệu liên quan đến thanh toán, chứng từ được cập nhật và có sẵn để xác minh tại bất kỳ thời điểm nào. - Handle execution tasks at site including coffee In store, Ex store documentation as required from product/site manager. Xử lý các nhiệm vụ về chứng từ tại chi nhánh bao gồm cà phê nhập và xuất kho, tài liệu lưu trữ. - Handle internal accounting tasks at site. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ kế toán nôi bộ tại chi nhánh. - Handle monthly attendance, overtime, annual leave reports for permanent & temporary staff. Thực hiện việc chấm công hàng tháng, làm thêm giờ, báo cáo nghỉ phép cho nhân viên ở chi nhánh. - Handle transportation for staff/ manager/visitors at respective plant. Sắp xếp và hướng dẫn các thủ tục liên quan tới việc đi lại của nhân viên công ty khi đi và đến công tác. - Monitor cleaners at the site to ensure the office premises are clean and tidy. Giám sát nhân viên tạp vụ tại chi nhánh để đảm bảo các văn phòng cơ sở sạch sẽ và ngăn nắp. - Arrange work desk/stationary for new hires and collect work tools when a staff resigns. Sắp xếp bàn làm việc/ văn phòng phẩm cho nhân viên mới và thu thập các công cụ làm việc khi một nhân viên nghỉ việc. - Coordinate with HR in HCM office to post company announcement, HR policies in the notice board at the site. Phối hợp với bộ phận nhân sự tại văn phòng HCM để đăng thông báo công ty, các chính sách nhân sự trên bảng thông báo tại chi nhánh. - Coordinate with HR in HCM office to take care social /health /accidents insurances, sick leaves, staff uniforms, staff training, staff events. Phối hợp với bộ phận nhân sự tại văn phòng HCM để quản lý bảo hiểm xã hội/ sức khỏe / tai nạn, nghỉ bệnh, đồng phục nhân viên, đào tạo nhân viên, các sự kiện dành cho nhân viên… - Handle all purchase stationaries, office equipments, PPE, service contracts. Thực hiện tất cả các việc mua sắm: văn phòng phẩm, các thiết bị văn phòng, trang thiết bị bảo hộ lao động cá nhân, các hợp đồng dịch vụ… - Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested by Product Manager/Site Manager. Thực hiện bất kỳ nhiệm vụ văn phòng khác theo yêu cầu của Giám đốc sản xuất/ Giám đốc chi nhánh. - Perform reports related to assigned tasks and other reports as requested by Managers ; Thực hiện các báo cáo liên quan đến công việc được phân công và các báo cáo khác khi có yêu cầu của cấp Quản lý; Qualifications - Minimum 2 years experiences in accounting Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm về kế toán - Good in communication and interpersonal skills and team work Giỏi về giao tiếp và các kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm - Familiar with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel. - Languages / Ngoại ngữ Can communicate in speaking & writing in English. Có thể giao tiếp (nói và viết) bằng tiếng Anh. - Academics / Bằng cấp, chứng chỉ College or University graduated. Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học.
