JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for processing questions, requests, and re-orders from the field teams in accordance with company policies and procedures. Escalates critical requests and provides activities summaries to management on issues status and resolutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attends new project planning meetings and provides direction to 3PL’s and NMSC according to project specifications.
  • Answers questions, requests, and re-orders from the field teams and completes work in a timely, efficient, and correct manner. Researches new issues and provides management with a root cause and suggestions for immediate/future resolution.
  • Resolves warehouse issues including but not limited to receiving errors, labeling inaccuracies, delivery windows, and missed deliveries. Reports on the number of outstanding warehouse requests that remain open.
  • Measures and reports on response time. Escalates critical requests and/or issues to management.
  • Communicates potential delivery timing issues, completeness, or accuracy to the field install teams and management.
  • Leads weekly meetings with the field to review outstanding requests.
  • Reports on vendor errors: labeling, delivery delays, etc. additional NMSC and warehouse labor to resolve issues. Escalates critical requests and repeated issues to management.
  • Works with suppliers to develop damaged shipments replenishment plan, coordinate delivery schedules.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma / GED and at least 1 year of experience with general business.
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
  • Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1 year of experience with managing inventory.
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
