The Coordinator of Marketing and Mission Advancement directly supports Blessed Sacrament Catholic School’s mission to provide accessible, high-quality Catholic education rooted in faith, community, and academic excellence. By strengthening recruitment strategies, increasing access to tuition assistance through the ESA Program, and supporting grant acquisition efforts, this position contributes to the school’s long-term sustainability and impact in the local community.
Position Overview.
The Coordinator of Marketing and Mission Advancement serves a vital role in advancing the mission of Blessed Sacrament Catholic School through strategic recruitment, family engagement, community outreach, and development support. This part-time position works directly with the Principal to increase student enrollment and retention, improve access to Catholic education, and support the financial sustainability of the school through grant writing and donor engagement.
With the introduction of the Education Savings Account (ESA) Program beginning in the upcoming school year, the Coordinator of Marketing and Mission Advancement will also help guide families through the application and implementation process, ensuring equitable access to tuition support and student resources.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is highly preferred to serve the diverse linguistic and cultural needs of our community.

COLLABORATION AND SCHOOL SUPPORT

  • Work closely with the Principal to align enrollment and advancement efforts.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of student and family data.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the Principal.
  • Participate in Archdiocesan training and professional development sessions related to enrollment management, grant writing, or Catholic school advancement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is highly preferred.
  • Experience in enrollment management, community outreach, education, or nonprofit development.
  • Strong writing skills, particularly in grant writing and persuasive communications.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Canva, FACTS, Google Suite, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
