We're currently looking for Document & System Administrator (Ship Certificates & Documents) Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the management of vessel certificates and documentation, including monitoring validity and compliance to ensure vessels meet all seaworthiness requirements. Coordinate the application, renewal, and updating of vessel certificates and documentation with relevant authorities and institutions, including Classification Societies, Port Authorities (KSOP), and Kementerian Perhubungan. Serve as the primary liaison with relevant stakeholders for vessel audits, inspections, and other related regulatory activities. Requirements Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any related major Minimum 3 year of experiences in same position Proper analytical thinking and communication skill Proficient in English Willing to be placed at Jakarta Utara
