As a Coordinator, you’ll support Omaha executives by managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and preparing materials that keep leadership informed and prepared. What You’ll Do Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Omaha executives. Manage calendars, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks. Prepare and distribute relevant materials for meetings and presentations. Act as a liaison between senior staff and internal/external stakeholders. Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned. General office management (Food & Beverage, Office Supplies, Guests, Desk Assignments) What You’ll Need Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Mandatory 1 Year of Agency experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Google Suite.
