Our Walt Disney Studios team works on titles that include a wide variety of blockbuster films distributed under the Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar Animation Studios, Walt Disney Animation Studios, 20th Century, and Searchlight banners. The Job: OMG23 | Walt Disney Account | Paid Social We’re looking for a Paid Social Coordinator to help run campaigns and keep things moving across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and more. You’ll be hands-on with campaign set up, reporting and optimizations while supporting a team that’s all about collaboration and creativity. What You’ll Do: Set up ads and targeting in platforms like Meta, TikTok, Reddit and Snapchat Track and analyze audience reports and campaign performance Build weekly and ad hoc reports and QA the data Manage campaign screenshots, insertion orders and accounting information You Bring: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience Experience in digital marketing a plus Comfortable with Excel; PowerPoint is a plus Strong communicator (written and verbal) Organized, detail-driven, and great at time management Analytical thinker who can problem-solve with both data and creativity Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking Breaks down complex ideas into simple, actionable takeaways This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA. #LI-MC1 This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits. Compensation Range $40,000—$40,000 USD This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
