Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the role This is a pivotal role where your coordination skills will help ensure the Ministry’s communications with Parliament and Ministers are timely, accurate, and impactful. You’ll help achieve this by: Coordinating the preparation and delivery of official documents, ministerial correspondence and reports that flow between the Ministry, Ministers, and the public. You’ll be part of an energetic and fun team. Kōrero mōu | About you You will be proactive and detail-oriented, with a knack for keeping things on track and communicating clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person. You’ll need a genuine interest in public service and improving outcomes for all New Zealanders. To succeed in this role, you will be fluent in the Microsoft suite of tools. You’ll thrive under pressure without compromising quality, including managing competing priorities and deadlines. Bringing strong attention to detail and excellent written and communication skills to the team will make you a pivotal member and a valued colleague.
