Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Coordinator for the Partnerships team, you will play a vital role in supporting the team, ensuring the seamless delivery of campaigns, fostering strong relationships with partners, and contributing to the growth of our partner ecosystem. This hybrid position is based in Dubai and requires regular collaboration with both local and international teams. Employees in this role alternate between remote work and spending 2-3 days per week in the office, as determined by leadership.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will:
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and product launches for partners, ensuring alignment with their objectives and corporate goals.
- Create and manage action tickets in Salesforce or other systems to initiate and track campaigns, performance, and revenue data.
- Stay current with local market trends, loyalty strategies, and emerging technologies to provide an exceptional partner experience and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate across internal teams to represent the partner’s voice, resolve issues, and guarantee efficient execution of campaigns.
- Document partner requirements, timelines, and deliverables with precision to facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders.
- Support project planning and management by monitoring progress against timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and proactively anticipating partner needs.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of campaigns and ensure their accuracy before deployment.
- Assist in preparation for regular partner review meetings, including performance analysis, milestones tracking, and issue resolution.
- Provide analytical insights by synthesizing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in loyalty offerings.
- Offer proactive solutions to address partner pain points, enabling better planning and execution.
