JOB SPECIFIC SKILLS

  • 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, event planning, partnerships, or administrative support, preferably within the arts, nonprofit, or events sector.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Trello); experience with ticketing or CRM systems is an asset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong administrative skills, including note-taking, inbox and calendar management, invoice and PO processing, and file organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in tracking deliverables, preparing documents, and maintaining internal documents and timelines.
  • Flexible and solutions-focused, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and stay calm under pressure, especially during high-volume periods like Festival.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods, such as the Festival time.

  • Showcase a positive attitude, professionalism and exemplary listening, verbal and non-verbal communication to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
