About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Coordinator to join the resort’s Pastry Shop team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: Provide professional administrative and secretarial support to the Pastry and Bakery team, including document preparation, filing, record keeping, and management of mail and fax correspondence. Maintain organized and accurate administrative records in compliance with Wynn policies and confidentiality standards. Coordinate training schedules and support the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring all required documentation is completed, tracked, and properly filed. Update and maintain staff rosters, vacation schedules, and related workforce records. Communicate regularly with team members regarding onboarding requirements, ID collection, and other employment related administrative matters. Support the Director of Culinary – Pastry and Bakery with day to day administrative requirements as needed. Assist in the smooth operation of the Pastry and Bakery office and coordinate with other departments. Interact professionally and positively with department and company team members, management, and contractors. Foster strong relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communication. Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. Follow health and safety protocols and strive for continuous improvement to prevent health and injury risks. Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment. Assist in organizing internal and external events, including team meetings, workshops, and departmental celebrations. Compile and maintain departmental performance metrics and support data analysis for management reviews. Serve as a point of contact for vendor relations, including scheduling service appointments and processing invoices. Maintain digital and physical records in accordance with company data management policies. Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for departmental employees as needed. Perform any other duties as assigned. About You: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
