We Are Hiring Location: Tulsa, OK Facility: Ascension St John Department/Specialty: Medical Surgical Unit Schedule: PRN Evenings, 7p - 11p weeknights Monday - Friday , some weekends 7a-7p, no steady schedule and no benefits What You Will Do Coordinate the daily operations of assigned area(s). Coordinate patient access activities, such as registration, billing, and scheduling. Assist management in establishing and implementing goals. Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative areas to ensure sound working relationships and cooperative arrangements. Assist in monitoring budgets, staffing levels, quality measures, and/or regulatory compliance. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Coordinator specializing in Healthcare preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
