Are you someone who thrives on organisation, loves juggling a variety of tasks, and enjoys being at the heart of a busy, dynamic team? We’re seeking a Coordinator, People and Culture to join our Wellington office on a 12‑month fixed term and fulltime contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting a wide range of people and culture initiatives that keep our firm humming. From coordinating onboarding and professional development to managing wellbeing and recruitment activities, you’ll be the go-to person who makes things happen. Organising events, maintaining HR records, and providing vital administrative support will be central to your role, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery across the national team. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships will help you connect with your colleagues across the firm and keep our people and culture projects on track.
