The Role We are seeking a talented People & Culture Coordinator to join our ANZ People and Culture team. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders to deliver exceptional HR support across the employee lifecycle. From onboarding, performance review training to policy guidance and workforce reporting, you will help create a seamless and positive employee experience. This role combines coordination, problem solving and relationship building in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinate operational people and culture activities from onboarding, induction and maintaining accurate records in workday Generating accurate workforce insights by preparing reports that assist the business in understanding People & Culture trends and enable decision making including new hire analysis, diversity and inclusion, leave reports, turnover statistics and exit interview data analysis and ad-hoc reports as required by the business; Support performance cycles by facilitate THRIVE Performance Review training during the performance cycle to the relevant client group Respond to People & Culture Queries by supporting client group with first and second level advice on policies, programs, and practices; Partner on projects including research and contribute to initiatives that enhance people experience and compliance with legislation and policies. Build relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain discretion with sensitive information Champion compliance and safety by upholding company values, WHS standards and integrity in all activities. About You Suitable applicants will have: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, Business (or equivalent experience – Desirable) Relevant experience in HR coordination or administration in a corporate environment Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with a client focused approach Proficient in MS Office; exposure to Workday (HRIS) is an advantage Excellent time management and ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes with professionalism.
