Company Description We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator to support the Baby & Toddler division. This position will focus on managing data tracking, timelines, and compliance processes to ensure all programs and products meet internal standards and retail requirements. This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio. What Will You Be Doing? Maintain compliance documentation and training tools to ensure alignment with product safety and compliance requirements Interact with cross-functional teams (e.g., sourcing, technical design, merchandising) to assist in the understanding of baby toddler safety standards. Track development samples and timelines in preparation for seasonal compliance assessments. Review product test reports for accuracy and assist with updating testing protocols when needed. What Do You Need To Bring?
