COORDINATOR PRODUCTION

We are looking for a Coordinator Production

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end coordination of production activities, transportation logistics, vendor management, and site operations. Acts as a central point of contact between internal teams, external service providers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery of fabricated units and site services. Plays a key role in design planning, layout coordination, production estimation, and CNC programming.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in prefab porta cabin preferred.
• UAE experience in estimation, drawings, supervision and strong communication skills.
• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering & AutoCAD 2D, 3D.
• Willingness to travel to Dubai Industrial City

Experience:

• UAE: 2 years (Preferred

• Estimate production timelines, material requirements, and resource planning for upcoming and ongoing production.
• Approval of rental and sale price related to produced units (Cabins & Material Handling units)
• Arrange transportation trucks and loading cranes for delivery and dispatch operations.
• Prepare and review cabins layout plan and technical drawings.
• Coordinate and manage external vendors such as water supply and wastewater removal services.
• Communicate directly with clients to clarify orders, cabin specifications, and special requirements.
• Oversee and implement modifications within office premises and production yards.
• Supervise production activities for container cabins and site fabrication.
• Supervise the production activities in day-to-day tasks.
• Monitor and manage on-site production and installation activities.
• Supervise the site breakdowns related to cabins.
• Source and arrange cross-hire units in case of unavailability in current inventory.
• Arrange temporary manpower from third-party sources when necessary.
• Design components and program jobs on the CNC Plasma Cutter.
