Description:

SUMMARY

Temple, TX - The Coordinator, Program Management will provide administrative and functional support for the Office of Faculty Affairs and Faculty Development at Baylor College of Medicine in support of the expansion of regional campus in Temple, Texas.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Two years of relevant experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Four + years directly related experience.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is required, with emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience in SAP/SuccessFactors is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with generating, reviewing, distributing, tracking, and archiving faculty appointment letters.
  • Assists with the creation and tracking of all Sponsored Guest Accounts and Success Factors accounts.
  • Maintains a thorough working knowledge of college policies and procedures related to Faculty Affairs and related areas. Interprets and communicates BCM policy.
  • Provides administrative support to faculty and staff to assure continuity of operations, to include faculty CV edits & development.
  • Oversees the preparation, filing, and maintenance of correspondence and other records.
  • Assists manager or head of the organizational unit in establishing and attaining goals and objectives.
  • Makes copies, prints, scans, faxes, and distributes materials as needed. Interacts closely with faculty and departmental leadership on a daily basis.
  • Assists with the coordination of the faculty development workshop series.
  • Ensures and prepares reports for accreditation readiness.
  • Prepares faculty development, faculty career advancement and awards reports.
  • Adheres to the highest degree of professional standards and maintains a strict and high level of confidentiality in matters that require discretion.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
