Reporting to the Manager, Project & Contract Delivery the Coordinator Project Delivery is responsible for project management and for leading the Project Delivery team to deliver Councils capital projects and programs.  Key responsibilities are: * Providing leadership to a small team and contributing to the development and enhancement of team culture.    * Project management of a wider variety of projects, including but not limited to roads, civil works, retaining walls, creek rehabilitation, footpaths, playgrounds, open space landscape, park shelters, sports lighting, sports facility upgrades including BMX tracks, irrigation, building asset renewal and refurbishment, heritage upgrade and refurbishment, pre-fabricated construction and new small buildings such as toilet blocks.  * Engagement and management of a wide variety of stakeholders (internal and external).  * Collaborate, liaise and coordinate with engineering, design and technical teams and consultants (including reading and understanding complex technical specifications, drawings and project documents) to write content and prepare request for quote and request for tender documents.  * Manage multiple projects concurrently, which vary in scale and complexity and are at different phases of development and construction.   Position Description - Coordinator, Project Delivery  [https://www.teatreegully.sa.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0030/1970364/Position-Description-Coordinator-Project-Delivery-March-2026.pdf] About You:  * Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring, coaching, establishing and monitoring outcomes to empower team members to achieve goals. * Comprehensive project management acumen and contractor management skillset.  * Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills that fosters positive working relationships.  * Extensive financial acumen, including making expenditure decisions within budget limits. * Competent IT skills that enable the use of corporate systems in the day-to-day work activities. * Consistent evidence-based decision making, with innovative problem solving and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency. * Ability to prepare, manage and update programs, prepare risk registers and identify risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.   The successful candidate will have:  * Tertiary qualification in Project Management or related discipline (or demonstrated equivalent experience)   * Current Class C drivers licence * White card (Prepare to work safely in the construction industry) * Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check   Apply today!
