Job Description We are looking for professional, qualified and enthusiastic candidates to take up a full-time position of a Coordinator of the Project Expense Management department. Office-based in Tallin, Estonia Scope of responsibilities Verification and processing of country expense reports submitted by PSI entities Ensuring reports comply with PSI’s and clients’ requirements Production of accrual reports for study passthrough costs Providing cumulative passthrough reports and advance reconciliations to Project Teams at the agreed periodicity or upon request Performing final reconciliation of project passthrough costs due to the project closure or termination Completion of miscellaneous administrative and clerical tasks Qualifications College or University degree Experience in finance, accounting or financial analysis Prior clerical or document management experience is a plus Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFR) B2 level in English Proficiency in standard MS Office applications, including MS Excel and MS Power Point Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and perform multi-task activities High attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and in team Additional Information We offer: Stability, long-term cooperation Permanent contract and full-time job Competitive salary and benefit package If you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then PSI is the right choice for you.
