Overview Role: COORDINATOR, PROJECT Responsibilities GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Role and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Asset Recovery: Coordinate, improve, and streamline Qualfon’s worldwide process for asset recovery. Work closely with Facilities, IT, HR, Legal, and other involved departments. Serve as the go-to person for information regarding processes in different countries. Refine and streamline asset tracking and recovery processes to align with industry standards. PEZA & LGU Role: Support planning and coordination of PEZA and LGU (local government) permit requirements (business, sanitary, mayor’s permits). Ensure implementation of policies and practices. Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions. Manage communications with internal stakeholders. Foster positive relations within the team and with external parties. Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agendas. Ensure proper use of technology for operations (video conferencing, presentations, etc.). Prepare paperwork and order materials. Keep updated records and create reports or proposals. Support growth and program development. Ensure Qualfon is compliant with PEZA and LGU permits. Process Improvement & Standardization: Own the PEZA and LGU permit processes, ensuring standardization across all sites. Lead resolution of audit points by collaborating with department heads. Lead special projects as necessary. Qualifications Qualifications: Graduate of Accounting or Business Management. College entry level with more than 5 years of work experience. At least 5 years of experience in PEZA & LGU coordination. Experience in project management and process improvement. Direct experience in asset recovery is preferable. Strong customer service skills. Proficient in MS Word and Excel. Competencies: Communication Project Management Business Software Applications Strategic Thinking and Analysis Continuous Improvement
