REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or Communication Studies.
At least 5 years of experience in a property company.
Proficient in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign).
Knowledgeable in multimedia and photography (drone operation is a plus).
Familiar with property developer events.
Understand about digital and conventional marketing (especially in the property sector).
Creative, communicative, and confident.
Able to work in a team and independent
Capable of coordinating both internally and externally.
Placement in Tangerang Regency.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Creating, coordinating, and distributing promotional materials for products and areas, both in conventional and digital media formats.
Coordinating with consultants, vendors, and other external parties related to promotional media and events.
Identifying current property trends and proposing implementation ideas.
