Additional Information About the Role BJC HealthCare is seeking a Provider Services Coordinator to assist our clinics in and around Sullivan, Mo. This individual will be managing all aspects of the provider onboarding process as well as other duties as needed. Ideal applicants will have experience using Microsoft applications and strong communication and computer skills. Schedule M-F 8:30 AM- 4 PM Overview Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital is a designated critical access hospital committed to providing quality health care service to residents in Crawford, Franklin and Washington counties. The hospital has enhanced and expanded the health care services available to the greater Sullivan community with its state-of-the-art emergency department, modern childbirth center, critical care unit, multiroom surgical suite, expanded cardiac rehab services, and a cancer center. A 22,500 square-foot medical office building provides offices for primary care physicians as well as space for a variety of visiting medical and surgical specialists from the St. Louis area. Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital operates four rural health clinics providing quality health care to surrounding communities. In addition, the hospital operates a comprehensive Therapy and Rehabilitation department and an award-winning Wound Care Center with two hyperbaric chambers. The Sullivan medical clinic is a well-established, multi-discipline physician group providing family, internal and OB care. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Responsible for maintaining and strengthening the relationships between the hospital, its medical staff, and referring physicians. Evaluates physician satisfaction with services and recommends strategies to improve satisfaction and market share. Strengthens the relationships between the medical staff and referring physicians to increase appropriate referrals and increase market goals. Responsibilities Provides relationship building activities through visits, phone contacts and electronic communication to key referring physicians, nurses and hospitals. Identifies market opportunities related to hospital, physician and managed care alignment and makes strategy recommendations. Develops client profiles and agreements to establish relationships between the hospital and prospective consumer. Develops and implements post-sale client strategies for account maximization. Submits sales reports documents with market activity and develops action plans and strategy recommendations in conjunction with pediatric planning and business development.
