Responsibilities: You will be responsible to: assist hospital’s leadership in effectively executing the hospital’s Quality Improvement & Patient Safety Plan organize and coordinate the monthly Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (QIPS) meetings coordinate and execute all tasks related to QIPS plans and actions emerging from QIPS meetings assist and facilitate hospital’s clinical and managerial departments in selecting and organizing quality indicators manage and coordinate the hospital’s incident reporting, risk management and complaints handling processes facilitate hospital’s clinical and non-clinical departments for internal and external audits ensure compliance to applicable quality standards including ISO 9001: 2015 and SafeCare Certifications deliver education and training sessions related to all applicable topics of Quality, Patient Safety, Risk Management and applicable quality standards assist hospital’s leadership in coordinating medical staff credentialing and privileging processes facilitate hospital departments in conducting Quality Improvement projects. Requirements: You should have: a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in relevant field and possess professional certification in Quality Management, Patient Safety or Risk Management, applicants with medical and nursing backgrounds preferred at least two years of postgraduate experience in reputed healthcare organizations good competency in data management and analysis ability to break down concrete issues into parts and synthesize succinctly along with collecting and analyzing information from a variety of appropriate sources ability to identify client needs and expectations and responds to requests efficiently and effectively while takes action beyond explicit requests within established service standards ability to listen actively and objectively without interrupting and present appropriate information in a clear and concise manner, both orally and in writing ability to recognize and act on present issues as well as offer ideas to address those resilience to cope-up with work pressure and ability to effectively work independently as well as in teams good command over the use of computers possess excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities
