About The Position
The Coordinator, Quality Enhancement works closely with the Senior Manager of Quality Enhancement to manage a variety of tasks that support the College’s quality initiatives. This role involves offering expert advice on quality and compliance across all disciplines within the College of DSC.
The Coordinator oversees the distribution of student feedback data and ensures that schools provide timely responses, including implementing course enhancement activities. Additionally, the position takes a leadership role in coordinating the College’s responses to both internal and external audits and program reviews.
To be successful in this position, you’ll have:
1. Demonstrated experience in a senior administrative role with the ability to work proactively and autonomously.
2. Knowledge of tertiary regulatory and quality frameworks, audit, risk identification and management, and external compliance requirements, including AQF, VRQA, VCAA, ESOS, and TEQSA.
3. Highly developed organisational and planning skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
5. Demonstrated experience in building collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
