SNG (Sovereign Network Group) was formed in October 2023 through the merger of Sovereign and Network Homes.
Our purpose is to provide good, affordable homes. We provide over 85,000 homes and invest in communities across the South, West and East of England, including London, as well as aiming to create thousands of new affordable homes every year.
We’re now looking for an organised and motivated Coordinator – Regional Sales to join our Sales & Marketing team in Basingstoke. You’ll combine both office and home working to ensure a positive work/life balance.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, can spot potential issues early, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You’ll need to be confident in communicating with different stakeholders and highly organised with a keen eye for detail.

  • Previous experience in a property sales or estate agency environment preferred, but not essential
  • Understanding of sales progression processes and timelines
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence to ask questions, challenge where needed, and seek solutions.
  • Proficient IT and record-keeping skills (knowledge of CRM, SharePoint, or Monday.com would be an advantage)
Responsibilities

The role will support the regional sales consultants in managing their sales. The role is the key link between sales consultants, SNG solicitors, lenders, brokers and estate agents. Offer day to day administrative support with regards to booking valuations, mortgage offers, contact packs, post and where required, support the sales consultants with more complex queries regarding progression.

By working closely with the sales teams, central services, legal, governance and external providers, this role will support the regional sales teams on providing the highest level of service for our customers from reservation to legal completion.

  • Provide efficient sales administration and coordination support to the region’s sales teams, ensuring a highly professional experience for the customer and all stakeholders
  • Support the sales consultants / sales agents in progressing their sales from reservation and the subsequent completion of the sales
  • Provide regular updates, ensuring data is correctly entered so that sales progress is monitored, and key deadlines are recorded
  • Assist the central Sales Compliance Manager in implementing compliance training and knowledge sharing for the regional sales teams
  • Oversight of procurement to payment process compliance, including sales ownership of the Agresso system processes, ensuring regional compliance and flagging issues for resolution
