Description Responsibilities: • Perform scheduled rounds to all presses and check in with operators throughout the day. • Provide relief coverage for operators during breaks and lunch periods. • Perform quality checks throughout the day and report to supervisor. • Ensure presses have correct OPS books and labels for the day. • Ensure operator and press are ready for production. • Assist operator as needed with paperwork and scrap issues. • Serve as backup Lead, trainer or operator as needed. • Perform housekeeping daily and as needed. • Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management. Expectations: • Run a safe, clean operation that promotes zero accidents. • Meet production and delivery schedules. • Report to work as scheduled and maintain good attendance record. Requirements Requirements: • Standing long periods, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 40 lbs. individually and 80 lbs. with a team lift. • Maintain product specifications during production and packing according to customer requests. • Meet daily production requirements. • Monitor and advise if there is not an adequate inventory of materials (finished parts, WIP, raw materials). • Adhere to all safety rules and protocols.
Responsibilities
