About the Role: The Coordinator, Researcher Products, provides the Researcher Products team with administrative and project-based support. The team as a whole has a broad remit to manage the day-to-day responsibilities of products/services/business models which are available to authors for use/purchase and to develop new products as end user needs evolve. The Coordinator will be assigned tasks and have responsibilities for delivering administrative, communications and cross-team coordination support. They will have opportunities to experience Product Management processes and methodologies and gain and develop skills through practical experience and application. These could include data gathering and analysis, competitive analysis or end user research. How you will make an impact: Assist the Researcher Product team with administrative and coordination support, maintaining currency of certain tracking documentation Coordinate and support communications between the Researcher Products team and other teams in Research Publishing and beyond on project-based work Manage and assist with managing Researcher Product document archives, SharePoint site as necessary Participate in project-based Product Management activities such as competitive analysis and end user research as appropriate We are looking for people who are/have: Bachelor’s degree or other advanced degree Proven administrative abilities and experience Experience in the scholarly publishing industry would be ideal Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with other teams Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience Evaluates and selects solutions from established options to solve routine problems independently Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision Excellent teamwork skills Fluent in English About Wiley: Wiley is a trusted leader in research and learning, our pioneering solutions and services are paving the way for knowledge seekers as they work to solve the world's most important challenges.
