Role Summary: Coordinator, Resource Management [Scheduling] works closely with the Scheduling team to proactively schedule files as they come in. The coordinator collaborates with managers to assess resourcing needs and make strategic scheduling decisions. Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a great sense of urgency are important skills in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Create solutions for scheduling conflicts by considering capacity and skillsets of colleagues
  • Collaborate with engagement managers on timelines and needs
  • Make timely changes to schedules as needed
  • Participate in the integration process with a focus on data clean up, intakes and understanding immediate needs
  • Proactively advise Resource Manager, Scheduling of resource constraints or capacity
  • Comfortable working with high volume and time sensitive tasks
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
  • Chair internal meetings, as needed
