QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a licensed Registered Nurse.
  • Familiarity with CMS ESRD Conditions for Coverage.
  • At least 5 years of experience in dialysis.
  • Management experience is required; Facility Administrator experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible schedules.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in typing, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

The following duties outline the general expectations for this role but are not intended to be exhaustive.

Provide daily support to the field concerning patient behaviors, grievances, discharges, missed treatments, and other assigned issues.

  • Collaborate with the Risk Manager, Senior Risk Manager, or Director of Risk when necessary.
  • Review and triage REM (Risk Event Management) events.
  • Document investigations and field calls in the REM system and coordinate with other support teams as required.
  • Offer education on various Risk Management topics within the assigned area or nationally.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, including:
  • Attending staff meetings, phone conferences, and training sessions as needed.
  • Familiarizing yourself with and adhering to teammate guidelines, company policies, and departmental procedures.
  • Travel may be required, up to 10%.
  • Participate in Legal Department initiatives and activities as necessary.
