  Are you an experienced Coordinator who naturally brings structure, keeps an overview, and enjoys taking a leading role within a team? Do you have a sharp eye for processes, know how to guide a team based on KPIs, and are just as comfortable stepping in operationally when needed? Then this role is made for you!
  We are looking for a Coordinator for our Road department who is both operationally hands-on and strategically minded. In this role, you act as the vital link between management and operations. You’ll work closely with the manager and serve as their right hand. You steer the team based on agreed KPIs to ensure targets are met and serve as the first point of contact for the team when it comes to questions or escalations. At the same time, you can jump in as a planner when needed; you know the planning process inside and out!
  You will take responsibility for managing and scheduling the Coordinators working at our various customer locations. You create and manage the planning and optimize it where necessary. Thanks to your oversight, you know exactly what’s happening across the different PMCs (product-market combinations) and can identify bottlenecks early on. You’re flexible and think in solutions to help the department operate at its best.
